B2B Dash integrates with third-party providers for services such as:
• Email deliverability (e.g., Mailgun, SendGrid)
• SMS/MMS (e.g., Twilio, Telnyx)
• Postage or direct mail (e.g., Lob, ClickSend)
You are responsible for all pay-per-use costs incurred via your account — including email sends, SMS charges, postage fees, and third-party API costs. These are billed in arrears or deducted directly by the third-party provider via your linked billing method. Note: While some automation features are built in, any volume-based fees charged by connected services are your responsibility.
These costs are not included in your base subscription and may vary based on usage.
1. SMS Services:
When you activate SMS for marketing, client communication, and automations, it will incur additional charges. Pricing depends on your country, but a general U.S. estimate is $0.007 to $0.014 per SMS.
Indicative Budget (~1,000/month): $10 to $15/month for 1,000 SMS.
2. Phone Services:
To unlock phone capabilities, you will typically purchase local phone numbers and incur calling charges.
Phone Numbers: $1–$4/month each
Outbound Calls: $0.02–$0.03/minute (U.S. rates)
Inbound Calls: Slightly cheaper
Indicative Budget (1-2 Numbers, ~1,000 minutes): $2–$8 for numbers, $20–$30/month in call charges.
3. Email Services:
Whether you're using Mailchimp, Hubspot, or GHL's own email delivery, emails are typically priced by volume. GHL email services range between $0.0006 to $0.0012 per email.
Indicative Budget (~10,000 emails/month): $3 to $10/month
4: Payment Processing:
If you choose to take payments through the platform, you'll need to integrate a payment processor such as Stripe or PayPal. These providers typically charge 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
